What advice do you have for current or prospective students? The purpose of going to college is to learn so study hard. However, don’t forget to live in the moment and be adventurous. Take the opportunity to do things you wouldn’t normally do.
What was the most important lesson you learned at OC? The most important lessons for me were about friendship. My dearest friendships were made with my fellow students at OC where I learned that friendships grounded in God are friendships that will last a lifetime.
What is your passion in life? My passion in life is to strive to do my best in everything I do, in order to glorify God.
What is your favorite OC memory? My favorite memories are going on the OC ski trips and the night some friends and I hid from the librarians and security so we could get locked in the library and play soccer all night.
What advice would you share with a soon to be graduate of OC about "the real world"? If at all possible take a job somewhere far away from anyone you know. You will find that it is an amazing adventure and you will learn more about yourself, your abilities, and your relationship with God than you ever could have by staying in your comfort zone. Doing so will also make you appreciate the things you take for granted now such as your friends, family, and “The OC bubble.”
