Once you have submitted the form below, the student will be added to the admissions' mailing list. The Admissions Office will then send them the information they need to learn more about Oklahoma Christian. Please enter as much of the the student's information as you know below, but don't worry if you can't fill in every box... the admissions team is pretty good at filling in the gaps as long as they have a name and good contact information.
